Responsibilities:
- Perform supportive role for Marketing department in terms of quotation compilation, customer requirements compilation, document auditing, documentation and customer service.
- Assist Key Account Manager / Executive in the perspective of marketing / sales relevance.
- Prepare quotation compilation with standard formula based on customer requirements.
- Obtain costing details from supplier and ensure accuracy of the quotation.
- Communicate back and forth with supplier and customer to ensure information is correct prior to quotation submission.
- Perform routine updates on details of costing, suppliers information and customers information.
- Involve in internal audit for documentation and related processes and other operation activities when it is required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills : MS Office, RFQ, Logical Thinking, Multitasking, Communication and Customer Service.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
- Desk job is 80% of the time.
