We operate Zeiss, Nikon, and Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) capable of achieving accuracies as fine as ±2.5 micrometers. Complementing these are surface profilers and spectrometers for contour, roughness, and color evaluation according to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and appearance standards.
We perform comprehensive capability and performance studies including Process Capability Index (CpK), Machine Capability Index (CmK), and Process Performance Index (PpK). Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) confirm instrument precision and operator consistency. Combined with Statistical Process Control (SPC), these methodologies ensure stable and reliable production quality.
For complex geometries, our non-contact three-dimensional (3D) scanning systems capture surface data for rapid comparison against Computer Aided Design (CAD) models, enabling dimensional validation and reverse engineering. Measurement results are digitally archived for full traceability and linked with customer quality systems for transparency and audit readiness.
