With the capability to fabricate tools for injection machines up to 800 tons, we manage every stage of the process in-house to maintain full control over quality, lead time, and cost efficiency.

Advanced Tooling & Quality Verification

Each mold is produced using premium tool steels such as ASSAB Stavax, Tyrax, and Myrax, and equipped with advanced hot runner systems from Husky, Mold Masters, and Yudo. Dimensional precision is maintained within ±10 micrometers, and every mold is backed by a one million shot warranty to ensure long term reliability.
Our machining lineup includes Makino F5 and U3 machining centers, Sodick AG40L EDM, and Fanuc Robodrill systems, enabling high speed cutting, fine EDM finishing, and exceptional surface quality. Every mold undergoes dimensional inspection, heat treatment verification, and functional trials prior to approval, ensuring consistent performance and readiness for production.

Machining operations utilize CNC milling, wire cut EDM, and high-speed finishing to achieve micron level accuracy and excellent surface finishes, even for complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Before delivery, every mold undergoes dimensional inspection, functional testing, and process trials to validate cycle performance, part ejection, and alignment accuracy under production conditions.
